I own "Every Breath You Take: The Classics", so I'm looking to delve deeper into The Police catalogue. Any suggestions?

"Message in a Box" is THE solution for anyone interest in The Police - it has (nearly) everything The Police officially released. All five albums, all of the singles, and several live cuts as well.
You can find it for a LOT less than the recommended retail of $60 - I know that Costco has carried it for around $45, and Amazon currently lists it for $35 (see below)

I'd go to the bargain bin of your local music store and get the albums that contain their songs "When the World is Running Down, You Make the Best of What's Still Around" and "Tea in the Sahara"

Start with their last release "Synchronicity" Every track is excellent, then work your way backwards. That would be the best way to go! They only have six albums!

seriously - get the box set -"message in a box" ---- EVERY single song on it is GREAT. seriously. every song. its four cds w/about 18-21 songs each. used to run about 60 bucks. no, seriously - get it. i don't even understand why you're still reading this. you're gonna end up buying it after you hear a couple more of their albums. i give you my word - it's worth it. ...
