I absolutely love the song "In The Mood", so I'm looking to delve into Plant's solo stuff. Where do you recommend I start?

His double CD of hits (From Sixty-Six to Timbuktu) includes In The Mood and several other tracks you have heard on the radio. The individual albums are coming out now with bonus tracks.

The first two Plant/Blunt solo efforts, "Pictures At Eleven" and "The Principle Of Moments", are the two best to get started with after the hits disc.

Critics really liked The Honeydrippers: Volume 1 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Honeydrippers:_Volume_One) and Now and Zen (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Now_and_Zen), but my personal favorite is the latest album, Mighty Rearranger (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mighty_ReArranger).

Why not legally download a variety of the songs you like of his and make your own special Robert Plant mix?

I'd start with the "The Principle of Moments" album.
