Try to make it look as close to real as possible, but there are limits to what you can do with avatars. It's difficult to depict age, for example. Everyone looks teens or twenties. That's why I post photos on my 360. I don't use a photo as my avatar, because I'm not particularly photogenic.

I have blonde hair. I just don't like the way it looks on the Avatar. But, my eyes are blue

I made it look as much like me as I could, given the choices I had. I gave it my face shape, my eyes and my hair color, and I dressed her in something I would actually wear. I gave her a pleasant smile because I'm a happy,smiley person.

Seriously, I really do. I have blonde (not natural, though) hair, although it's curly unless I use my CHI to straighten it, green eyes and I love to lay out by the pool.

same hair and eye color and i always wear big sun glasses but i'm not as skinny
