For a while now, I haven't been able to download anything! I use Firefox, and all the download will do is have the words "This object has been blocked" in the top left corner. Ive tried using Internet Explorer and it wont work either. Ive tried it with several different downloads, sites, etc. and nothing works.

Hi. You must have filters in place or parental blocking. May not be in the browser. Some programs, such as Zone Alarm, allow or provide content filtering.

Could be firewall settings, limited access account settings, blocked Active X controls, etc.
It could even be your antispyware or antivirus blocking something malicious.
