Is the Boston Marathon special?

My brother just qualified for 2008 Boston Marathon today. I am going to watch him!! Is it a truly special experience?

yes, because one has to qualify, you are getting the best of the best of the runners. Even if it is bad weather the day of the race, you will have a truly great experience.
