After coming home from college my mom thought she'd be nice and do my laundry, however she accidently put two pairs of my favorite jeans in the dryer and they shrunk down about 2 sizes. NO I did not gain weight, they fit just fine before the dryer incident. Any ideas on how to stretch them back out?

All you can do is wear them for a couple of days and hope that is enough to bring them back. usually good for one size at least. Shirley and Laverne method was to put them on, have a bath or shower in them, then let them dry on you.

Not sure that is possible with a 2 size difference...If you can get into them...I would say wear them...that stretches them a bit. If you notice when you wear jeans for the day they are apt to be more loose by days end.

Well years and years ago, we would squeeze into a pair of jeans and sit in a tub of water to get them to fit, maybe this will help you.

It wil be cold but remove them from the washer and put them on. It will stretch the fabric.

Just put them babies on, even if you can't button them! I had done this and wore them around the house. It worked like a charm for me.
