My boyfriend has been having problems keeping an erection. Not all of the time, but pretty frequently. We have been together for almost a year, ive been tested for STD's and came out clean, he got tested as well, and was clean. He says when he gets too hot, goes too fast for too long, or stays in the same position for too long, he goes limp, but he doesnt really understand it, because he used to not be like that. What can cause for this to happen? Can too much sex do this as well?

I will assume he is young enough so that this would not be an aging problem, so there can be many causes. First, although he says this is not a previous problem, he may be covering up a chronic problem. If he is obese, or possibly has diabetes, that could be an issue; or bad heart, blood pressure; or suffering from erectile dysfunction, in which case he should see a doctor, who can prescribe a drug such as Cialis, Viagra. There is a non prescription formula available over the internet called Stamina RX which works quite well.
Otherwise, maybe he is masturbating too much, or .......

If he is concerned, he should consult with his doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.
