Vince Carter's dunk over the head of the 7'2" guy. And put his hand on his head to push down/off of as he dominated.
Honorable mentions are Ozzie Smith laying out for a grounder that took a bad hop the other direction that he snagged with his bare hand.
And for blooper, when Canseco misjudged the fly ball and it his his head and bounced over for a hone run. Ouch.
