West Virginia runs a gimmicky offense. Rich Rodriguez didn
t take the Alabama job, because they (Alabama) didn't want that gimmicky offense. He wouldn't have interviewed for the job if he didn't want it. How many gimmicky offenses win it all? Florida was a bit gimmicky, but not like Pat White and the Mountaineers.

The Fact is West Virginia Football is better than Virginia Tech Football, They thought they were the S**t in the Big East and they think the same in the Acc but look they get slapped around, and the fact that West Virginia has a weak schedule is some what true, But look at the Mountaineers at the end of the season in the bowl games the last two years have come out victorious so therefore i personally do not think Beamer ball is better then Riches ball in Mo town, although I do not always agree with Rodriguez i respect him as a coach and as a great man!!

It depends on whether you are talking about in the area of being televised or overall. If you are referring to being televised it may be dictated by where you are and the station you are watching. Now if you are referring to overall quality it will probably be a couple of factors, the coaches, the level of competition, and word of mouth. The word of mouth is related more to which team gets fans and recruiters to promote the school's athletics quality to the better players coming out of high school.

If they are, explain why the Mountaineers lead 28-22-1 in the head-to-head series.
