I just finished reading "The Kite Runner" by Khaled Hosseini and loved it. What are some other recent books that I might enjoy?

The kite runner is my favourite book! Try reading "3 Day Road" by Joseph Boyden. I also enjoyed that.

There's new books coming out constantly its true but some of the best books ive ever layed my eyes on havent been from the recent release section. I would suggest you take a gander at 'way of the peaceful warrior' by Dan Millman, 'the alchemist' by Paulo Choelo, and 'for one more day' by Mitch Albom. Regardless of what genre of books you enjoy the most, I cant imagine someone reading any of these and not taking something out of it, knowledge and pleasure.
