You have some psycological problems if you think normal body functions like orgasms and erections are causing medical problems including creativity and memory loss! Maybe those are caused by not urinating enough, so drink more water.

I also hear it causes hairy palms and blindness. lol Seriously all normal healthy males (and females) have "self enjoyment" , as long as its not controlling your life keep right on having fun.
