Without contraceptives you can't hold off menstruation temporarily.

Even if you tried to use birth control pills to hold off or stop your period it may not work.

Sorry, but there is no way to stop your periods temporarily without the use of some sort of contraception.

You cant hold it off but by exercising about 2 weeks everyday in advance to your period you can delay it. By exercise i mean like vigorous running or activity. It might not delay your period but it will at least make it lighter

Yeahh, right- if you try to use pills or any of that stuff that is said to work, like some shots, you can
t guarantee it to work safely and proparly..
