How long have you had your mollies? Did they exhibit any indications of disease or infection? (Tattered fins, cloudy eyes, white spots on their fins and bodies?)

Without knowing specifics surrounding your fish deaths, I'd recommend starting with a 20-30% water change, testing your water params and then playing detective. Scope out the rest of the tank mates for any signs of parasites or bacteria infections. Here's a great site that describes a variety of fish diseases and ways to identify them. I believe there's even a section on how to treat them as well.

Good luck!

With out more info I'd go with the obvious water quality. How are your ammonia, and nitrate levels? What is your pH, and KH.? With molly the ammonia should be 0. The nitrates less than 30 ppm. The pH 7-7.8. The KH 10-25. (KH ~=17.9) Outside these ranges molly will often just up and die.

Also adding salt helps mollies greatly. In a mixed tank at least 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons. If the tank is all live bearer (molly, guppy, swordtail, platy) the mix should be at 1 per gallon. (Heck molly, and guppy can live in salt, and swordtail, and platty in brachish water.)

Unless there are really good classic signs of the problem it's usually impossible to tell what killed a fish after it's death without a lab examination of the dead fish. If this is a fairly new tank I would first suspect water quality issues like ammonia. A good water change would help to clear up the problem and having the water tested or testing it our self would let you know it that is the problem.
