~~~ If I was a man I could say swear words out loud enstead of just thinking them. I probably wouldn't be afraid to bait my own hook when I went fishing too. And heavy things would seem much lighter because I'd have big muscles and I'd work out at the gym and be a hunk. I'd get tattoos and have a goatee. Of course I'd be driving a big ol Harley. I could run around topless outside and pee on a tree like a dog. I guess I'd have to develope a taste for chewing tobacco too, so I could spit it out everywhere. And I could be obnoxious and rude. And crude! Dang! It sounds like alot of fun changing sexes. ~~~
Wow, my husband would be totally pissed! :) I am a mom who stays at home with kids. I could still do that as a man, but I don't know how people would react when we are out in the world. It's more common these days to see stay-at-home dads, but I'd imagine there is still a bit of a stigma. There is probably some vibe from some people, wondering why the guy doesn't have a job, why he makes his wife go off to work while he stays home. Or maybe it would be the opposite, where people would respect him more for being such a good father. My social life would probably suffer, as I spend a lot of time meeting up with other mothers of young children and doing things together. As a man, I don't think I'd be as easily accepted into this group of moms.
I play volleybal, but I don't think it would be any different because my school has a boy volleyball team, I play track, but everyone can join. I am in a book club, but nothing will change. I won't have to waste all my money on tampons and pads, I won't have to worry about getting pregnant.
How exciting!
Well, for one, people wouldn't think I'm disgusting for appreciating the female form. I'd probably be more outspoken and say a lot of those things I think that would piss off people who don't like it when women say those things. My bosses would respect me instead of wish I'd quit my job and go somewhere else. Friends would find it exciting when I drive fast instead of saying how scary it is coz you know men who drive fast are alright, but women just can't drive if they drive fast. My kids would be awfully confused though. Two dads in the house? Wow.
Well, if i suddenly woke up having a male anatomy, I would think that I no longer have to wait in the women's line to use the bathroom when I can just run outside and whiz on the building instead.
Well... it would make it pretty easy to win at karate tournaments. And I would probably have an easier time getting jobs, promotions and into a PhD program. .... I wonder if my wife would notice.
