Lots of good answers and I agree that you don't need to worry. I use Ad-Aware SE Personal at work and at home, and yes, the list can be scary. But if you use the internet a lot, most of these things will be tracking cookies that you don't want on your pc anyway. Who wants to be tracked down by a cookie? Seriously, either quarantine them or delete them. It won't harm your pc to do either.

I think you should delete, they will just build up every time you scan otherwise, it will delete things such as your address bar list but whats a few seconds typing ?.

It is not really necessary. They can't harm your computer, nor do they slow it down. It all comes down to personal preference.

YES I always do. They might not be an immediate threat but they'll clog up your computer eventually and make it slow down to nothing.

If you are not sure what they are, quarantine them. Then if you have problems later with your system, you can pull them back out.
