Okay, my new boyfriend is uncircumsized... I love to give oral sex but often when I pull back the foreskin there is an odor. Kinda strong and fishy. I am not used to uncircumsized penis's, but this is turning me off. It is keeping me from doing something I love. I really want to please him however, I actually DREAD oral sex and I try to avoid it at ALL costs. I can feel him getting irritated with me, But I don't know what to do or how to say something without hurting his feelings... I wonder if he can not smell it... please help me.

Hi guys I wanted to add on that I have been doing research on this all day long, and I found out that it actually happens a lot to uncircumsized men. It's not due to not cleaning it at all, it is properly. And there needs to be extra care given down there due to the unexposure and moisture down there... thanks for all of your answers though.

As you've figured out, the smell is from not washing properly. He needs to peel it back and do a thorough job. BUT he should NEVER use anti-bacterial soap there or elsewhere on his body, except possibly his hands!!! That garbage kills all the normal skin flora and actually encourages the growth of fungus, which will cause a much worse problem. Yes, he should wash better there, but NEVER with pro-fungus soap, which is what it really is. Help him to learn to wash properly, with ordinary soap or shower gel, but be sure he never uses the anti-bacterial crap anywhere on his body -- it's dangerous.

First, and sorry this is gross, but you might want to be clean shaven for him. A mouth full of hair kinda is gross. Second, if he whines about texture, tell him the next time you give him oral you'll save some of his "texture" to try out. I've never given a girl oral but I'm thinking it's a lot easier on the jaw, less messy, and easier than giving a guy oral. The only thing I think would be worse about giving it to a girl is maybe cause you got to get so close and maybe the taste and smell when doing it is worse but it's got to be less gross than the ending with a guy.

The best thing to do is be up front and honest with him.
He more then likely is unaware of the issues of having to keep a uncircumcised penis extra clean (under creases and all). If he really likes you he will get over the embarrassment and you two will be able to enjoy each other more.
(if I smelled or was wearing something that stunk I rather and would be very thankful someone told me rather then let me go around stinking.
(p.s. If he has a fishy odor down there its a sign of bacteria or fungus...... Make sure he cleans himself WELL with Anti-Bacterial soap. And think about giving him oral sex with him wearing a thin flavored condom on. (Found in novelty sex stores or on line)

Obviously, he is not clean in that area. Tell him and do him a favor. He needs to pull back the foreskin and wash the area thoroughly frequently in order to avoid having that unpleasant, unhealthy odor. Good luck.

It's real easy, just make sure you give him a BJ within a couple of hours of him taking a shower.
Or take some advice from Sex and the City, get him to smell and taste it, and if he doesn't react then his sense of smell and taste have gone lol.
Come on, really ... just ask him to wash it before hand.

My husband is uncircumcised and he doesn't smell....any bloke who smells down there does so because he doesn't wash, not because he's uncircumcised.
Think about it for a moment, being uncircumcised is natural, it's the way men were for thousands of years until we started circumcising them relatively recently.....so it must work.
If you can't bring yourself to tell him then be subtle, suggest a sexy bath together before hand and wash him yourself.
One point though, when men smell they don't usually smell fishy.....if he does, it's probably left behind from sex with a woman.
Just make sure it was with you.

Whenever he mentions oral sex mention taking a shower... you know, just hinting at it. Do this everytime he mentions oral, in fact. lol If he still doesn't get the point after this then he must be really dense.

There's only one solution to this problem and it's called washing.I'm sorry but most definitely your man doesn't wash properly because if he did it you wouldn't smell that stink which is normal if someone doesn't wash well.

You have two simple solutions: Keep it out of your mouth, or simply ask him to wash it off first. If he asks why, tell him it stinks.
I he is a big enough boy to put his penis in your mouth, he is big enough to accept some simple criticism and take care of hygiene.
