With filtration that pond should support 4-5 adult Koi with no problems. Without filtration I would limit the number to 2-3. A few shubunkin goldfish might be a better choice as they do generally stay a bit smaller and you could add a few more fish tot he pond.

NONE - Well koi need about 1000 gallons each because they get really big, I suggest you get 4 goldfish instead

7-8 should remain healthy as long as you have a filter large enough for them, only add 1-2 at a time and keep the water clean and proper chemical balances.

Kois would normally grow a meter long, so you'd need a pretty big pond.
