When I was a teenager I went through a wild stage. I was 17 when I found out I was pregnant. Although a lot of the other girls who had ended up in this situation had gotten abortions I decided that it was not this child's fault that I had had unprotected sex and decided to have him.
He is now 16 years old and I love him so much and I could not imagine my life with out him in it. So I would say that I did the right thing by having him and no I would not get an abortion if I could go back.

One of the hardest decisions I had to make in the last several years was whether or not to move to another state with my then new girlfriend. We had been together for about 4 months when she had the opportunity to move to the beach in another state. I knew this had always been her dream. I had a good job, making good money and my family & friends were all there in Atlanta. I made the decision to go with her and never looked back. That was 6 years ago and we are now happily married. It was a big decision but I knew I couldn't lose her and needed her in my life. It was the best thing that ever happened to me...no regrets!

The hardest decision I ever made was to press charges against my ex-partner for rape. I got it right in respect that I have finally told someone, and this will be help in moving on. However, I think it was probably also one of the worst decisions I have ever made. It has caused a lot of grief (harrassment etc). Also as my ex-partner is a policeman, it has illustrated to me just how much the 'old boys network' still operate within the poilce force. If I could do thing diferently, I either would not have reported it. Or I would have seeked legal Advice first.

Emigrating to Western Australia over 30 years ago and I would not change a day of it at all. The best place in the world, and I've seen most of that too. But to pull away from an established life, leave friends and family behind was tough.

The hardest decision for me was being asked if I would donate any of my daughters organs after just being told there was nothing that could be done to save her. I decided yes. Most days I am at peace with my decision, but I do have days when my thoughts can make the decision difficult to accept.
