One that makes you shudder/shiver/gives you goose pimples and you go "whoa". It might be anything, even one that seems innocuous at first but you realise it means something much deeper...ive found the ones that evoke imagery are particularily good...

"Be Happy" by mary j

[Verse 1]
How can I love somebody else
If I can't love myself enough to know
When it's time,
Time to let go
Sing

[Chorus]
All I really want
is to be happy
And to find a love that's mine
It would be so sweet

Right now, my favorite is "I'll stand by you". The line 'When you're standing at the crossroads, don't know which path to choose,Let me come along, cause even if your wrong I'll stand by you' just has a lot of meaning. The whole song gives me the shudders actually LOL. Depends how folks sing the songs that make them meaningful. I like the way Carrie Underwood does the version.

Leaves are falling all around, Its time I was on my way.
Thanks to you, Im much obliged for such a pleasant stay.

But now its time for me to go, the autumn moon lights my way.
For now I smell the rain, and with it pain, and its headed my way. Ah, sometimes I grow so tired...

But I know there's one thing I gotta do...Ramble on

If everyone cared and nobody cried,
If everyone loved and nobody lied,
If everyone shared and swallowed their pride,
Then we'd see the day when nobody died.

It's the song I'm listening to right now- every time I hear it I think of how much better the world could be if we stopped fighting for stupid reasons.

"Power of love is a curious thing
Makes a one man weep, and another man sing
Change a hawk to a little white dove
More than a feeling, it's the power of love"

FAR too many to list here, but among them:

Rush's "Natural Science" (excerpt):

Art as expression ---
Not as market campaigns
Will still capture our imaginations
Given the same
State of integrity
It will surely help us along

year after year,
running over the same old ground.
