I would really like a location where i am close to the sea or a lake and where its warm. As for what I want to study, I am not quite sure yet, but something along the lines of political science, law or business.

as for the "It looks more like you're looking for a holiday" thats not true, but i am a person that likes the warmth and likes to be close to the sea. Seeing I cant decide at which university i want to study, i decided to approach the question by looking where I would like to live. I need to be happy if i want to make progress!

It sounds more like you are looking for a holiday than for an education. I was in Spain last December, and was impressed with the international programs of both the Universidad Europea de Madrid and the Universidad Publica de Pamplona.
