As rap1361 said, it's a combination of squash and stretch. It's an example of a portmanteau word, a word formed by "folding together" two other words, such as "chortle", a combination of snort and chuckle, or "smog", a combination of smoke and fog. I haven't a clue in what context the word squetch might be used, though.

well it looks like it is a combo of the two words squash and strech. it looks to refer to computer graphics.
