If two girls tickling one another is gay, then I guess so...
How about this...I'm gay and I've noticed that there is no pattern whatsoever in the world like what you're suggesting.
Notice it was two straight guys tickling...where was Davis, the gay one? Probably trying to get in bed with that chick.
I've known straight guys who wouldn't even let another guy shake their hands, but I know gay guys who don't like to be touched either. I have to straight friends that wrestle every time I see them, and I don't get that.
I know people that are gay car mechanics, straight florists, whatever...when are people gonna realize that people are totally random, and these patterns and assumptions are taking us back in time!
Go tickle a guy and see if you feel gay. If you want to sleep with him after, you're gay, if not, you're not gay, it's pretty simple.
If someone you know is tickling randomly and doesn't know if it makes them gay, have them talk to me and I'll ask them some questions that might really give an answer, such as:
Do you like balls?
Do you want to kiss the guy you're tickling?
Are you gay, or just a tickler?
Grow up, dude, life's too complicated to think tickling is a sign of some latent human behavior.

The real question you need to ask is: what is it to you? Why do you care that a guy you'll never know is tickling another guy you'll never know?? How deeply interested are you in them?
All I'm saying is, if you want to tickle another guy and he's a friend of yours where's the case? Unless you think he's so straight that he'll assume that your tickling is some sort of gay or bi sexual advance, and this worries you, then I wouldn't tickle him. Unless, of course, he's pretending to be straight so you won't think he's gay or bi, then, por su puesto, tickling him might be to both your advantage.

First question's answer: it depends on the guy's appearance and whether he is overtly outwardly feminine. Let's use this past season of American Idol. David A is attractive physically as well as having an appealing (attractive) personality: he displayed some effeminate characteristics, but they weren't annoying (except for his gasping laughter). Danny N is just all the way out there, and because he doesn't have regard nor control, it makes him an unattractive guy (not physically, though). Would not be able to make the same assessment for you using those few descriptors.

Guys don;t normally do that. You see alot of guys tickling girls, not other guys. So I can see how people would think it is gay, but who really know right? It may not be. If I saw that, i'd probably jump to the conclusion the one doing the tickling at least was homosexual.

Offhand, I'd say, not many guys who are straight would tickle another guy. There are worse things in the world though.
