use of crushed coral, how, why, and how much in fish ponds?

i need advice on using crushed coral in my fish pond.

You would only add crushed coral to a pond to increase the pH and hardness of the water. Doing either is not advisable unless you have seriously low hardness and / or a problem with the pH being far too low (under 6.0 or so). Odds are very slim that you would need or want any crushed coral in your pond.
