I do not understand the question. Humans are apes. Do you want differences between other great apes, the lesser apes? Then there are differences among other apes as well. Social structure differs between species, as well as diet, locomotion, behavior, culture, and physical structures.

A man can order a hamburger and hold the mayo.
A man can calculate the window for a launch.
A woman can embroider delicate designs on a blouse.
A man can shoot the ape.
And the list goes on.

The ape on the other hand has only one advantage:
His strength. That's it. No holding the mayo for him.

Same difference between a cow and a mammal. A cow is a mammal, but not all mamals are cows.

Humans are apes.

If you want to know what makes humans different from the OTHER apes: lack of body hair, bipedal locomotion, articulated speech.
