Any lack of confidence come from past loses or failures which get re-stimulated by current environment.

There is a book called Self Analysis that is easy to use.

With it you improve your ability to look at the past and be in the present, instead of being in the past and looking at the present.

By telling yourself this you will actually gain the confidence and strenght.
Look in the mirror; Say I like myself... I am pretty... etc...
You will begin to smile. What ever area you need confidence in say that to yourself in the mirror with confidence, say it like you mean it, over and over a few times, it want take many.

'Everything in this earth belongs to me. Every one owes me something. I am the greatest living creature this pathetic world has ever seen.' Bombastic comments always boost your confidence.
