yeas it does because nearsightedness is a progressive illness

but n my case my former grade was 375 then my glasses got broken and i was so busy that time so i asked my mom to buy a new one with 375 as the grade. Well she misheard me, she bought 275.

3 months of wearing the 275 grade glasses, my grade is now 325.

I have found that when it comes to reading a book I am near sighted and it's much easier to take off my glasses than to read with them on.

Yes, if your eyes strain.
So that's why it's recommended that once you get glasses, you should always wear them. But basically, just watching TV or stuff like that can increase it nonetheless.
