Having no self esteem is really tough! - to say the least, however having self esteem is what I personally need for my drive in life - goes into a whole host of categories though. Not sure if I would say it is 'high' though - I have morals and live by them - just trying to be honest with you here.

if you cultivate a high self-esteem then probably you might end up like those successful and confident people...

well, people with high self-esteem tend to be more of a people-person...
they tend to be confident in whatever it is that they are doing...

but on the other side, they are the ones who take failures seriously... even a small disappointment could come down as a big avalanche for them...
they also have the tendency to over inflate their egos...

there are pros and cons to every story... but if you know how to balance things, it would be not much of a problem, whether you have a high or low self-esteem...

The effects can really bother the people who live near such a person...to cultivate self esteem is great up to a certain point...to much self esteem can lead to a mean and cruel behavior which could bother others...I suppose...

Better performance in all areas of life. Confidence and the deep inner knowledge that you really can accomplish whatever you set your mind to are rooted in a high self-esteem.

The effects are a much higher sense of self esteem, of course.

The potential of 'side effects' are those of
1: 'excessive flatulence,' which is a possibility that must not be overlooked: and -
2: The other is of 'asking damned fool question.'

i think that the main focus is to have faith in your own abilities. If you don't believe that you can achieve goals, then you will have doubt in yourself. And generally love yourself and appreciate yourself for who you are.....not in an arrogant or egotistical way, but more like an appreciation for life

- You will be more sucessful in business because you exude more confidence

- You will be more sucessful in personal relationships because you will have a clear picture of what yuo want and what you will tolerate

- You will be more personally secure and feel better about yourself. This will translate into sleeping better, enjoying life more, and enjoying inner peace.

Nobody likes you.. This H.S.E. more often than not comes from people who have nothing to say, and say it too loudly.
They are the type of people who you would rather spend five minutes with, than ten minutes.
