I want to blow up Hollywood and burn "fashion" magazines every time I see a question like this.
NO you don't need to lose weight, tiny girl! If you want to tone up, you can do that by doing crunches, squats, lunges, push-ups, and leg lifts every other day. Eat a well-balanced diet of NO LESS than 1,500 calories a day(cuz you CAN gain weight if you eat too little!). I bet if you got proper nutrition, you wouldn't feel so depressed, too. At your age, you should be taking a children's multivitamin, as well.

I observed the publication to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too swiftly. I will admit I have not adopted the advisor precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however as a rule) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight maintains flying off. It evidently works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it could scare the residing daylights out of me due to the fact of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the knowledge. I've in no way bought something like this earlier than due to the fact they're probably stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a excellent shock. Get began at present!

Try not to think of your weight. If you set yourself a target once you reach it you'll probably go back to square one. Try to change a couple of things in your life e.g. walk to school if it is feasible, take more excerise even if it's only an hour a week, snack between mealsif you feel the need but make it a healthy one - have an apple instead of a chocolate bar. A few small changes will make a big a difference and you'll be able to sustain them. Don't aim for rapid results and don't follow any magazine diets - if they worked we would all be slim!
Good luck and remember it is 'you' people see - not your body.

You are only 13, you are not obese. Run around and play. Go swimming, cycle on a bicycle, rollerblade, jump on a trampoline, if you get hungry eat an apple or some other piece of fruit between meals and drink water not fizzy drinks. You are NOT fat, and you have plenty of time to grow taller. You want a hint? Just get out there and do stuff, that's what kids are meant to do. Sitting about worrying about weight will get you fat, cos you are not moving and you will like it. Trust me.

You should watch what you eat and go out and get some excerise (sport practice or swimming works...excercise doesn't have to be dreadful). Whatever weight you lose that way is healthy, but stop at that. Dont' push yourself to lose weight that won't naturally come off at your age. Good luck, and if it helps, you seem at a good weight anyways!

36-24-36. Those are the magic numbers. Maybe you should weigh 110, I don't know. Weight looks different on everybody.
