That is a vague question. It all depends on which continent you live. Where I live it begins on the 21st June, however in Australia around that date Winter begins. I live in a country in Europe and when compared with Australia, we have always opposite seasons. This is because of the position of the world and how close it is to the sun. In the same way there is also a difference in time, again because the different position during the day. If here it is 3.00 p.m. , in Australia they are asleep in the first hour of the other day

The technical date of the beginning of summer is June 21. But for me its as soon as that sun shines and feels warm! Beach time!
