I have a MSI RX480 Neo2-F that I'm using for my first build, and I'm using an AMD Athlon 64 2.40 GHz processor.

Hi. Any socket 939 will do you good. I use and recommend Zalman or Thermaltake.
Any of these will fit guaranteed.

any fan or cooler that shows as being for an amd processor with the same pin type is compatible with the motherboard. All fans run off the same current and have the same basic connections.....if you want to go a step higher and use something like liquid cooling system then you have to get a little more specific, but overall the processor should come with a heatsink, if not you'll need to get the one made for the same pin type as you are getting for the processor, fans are pretty much compatible no matter what type you are getting, just check the dimensions.
