Yes, quite a bit. I wish I could say that I don't regret a thing but I'd be lying.
I don't regret the lessons (that I finally!) I learned, though.
So now I'm trying to live my life in a way so that I'll have less regrets.

yes. it's easy to say 'oh i learned from that and it's shaped me or 'well it was because of somebody else' or 'well i don't beleive in regrets' but i have to say that no matter how philosophical or deep the person or journey, to the honest person there will always be some stupid things we've all done that were entirely our own fault that hurt others or ourselves and that's just a part of life. There's no shame in having the odd regret, the important thing is just to move forward and try to learn from it.

Nope. Even if I made bad decisions (which I did) I don't regret anything. The reason is because everything from my past has shaped me into the person I am today and I'm liking what I've become over the years. I've learned from the mistakes and poor judgment - life is all about learning, isn't it?

I don't know who said it, but never regret the things you do, only the things you don't do. Do I have regrets? No. No experience is a bad one as long as you learn something from it. It's never to late to change things you're uncomfortable with.

Oh a couple of things which I have majorly regretted doing,
but we can't clock back,
we can only go forward,
and try and not make the same mistakes again.

yes but cant change them, so i now regret what i haven't done and now trying to do what i havent done, to help replace the things i have done that i regret

Yes and it has taken me a long time to realize some things is completely out of my control. I am not even sure I have totally realized it yet,
