Thanx for your question.
First, sort out what u really feel about this guy. Its important to distinguish love, passion and a mere crush.
Dear friend, do not judge the way things look on the outside just because of the way you feel. It seems your concern for this guy is too much that you think he's getting closer to someone else. Find out first whether he's dating. If yes, is he serious?
It takes courage and confidence to go for what you really want. Dont suffer in silence. Give your self time to find out what you really feel. If its a mere crush, it will disappear with time, and if not, take up the armour of courage and get to express your feelings to this guy.
Take it easy and dont beat around the bush. This will avoid showing him that you are desparate. You may get surprised he feels the same way too. all that it takes, is to know his stand. He would rather reject you, so that you can plan how you will move on, rather than planing a dream that will never be.
Thankyou.

Hey, u have to act fast. Go to the guy and in most simple words tell him that u want to spend time with him & understand him.

His response is your answer. If he says no - earlier the better. Later you will get more hurt. If he says Yes, then why not grab an opportunity before you loose it to some oone else who would take first initiative.

Fear of rejection is false. If he do not have any feeling towards you than u are already rejected. Face it & try else where.

Go for it.
there was a lady at the job and I had the same feelings.
She left one day and I never had a chance to talk to her and let her know my feelings.
i do regret this decision.
Do not make my mistake and go see the person and begin a friendship.

Either tell him how you feel or let him go. He might be thinking the same thing. You have to overcome your fear and go after what you want in life or you will always finish last.

i think that the first thing that you should do is to take hold of your feelings... if you allow your feelings for the guy to consume you, you are just gonna end up feeling the hurt that you shouldn't be feeling in the first place...
take things slowly...
even if this crush of yours is not interested in you the way that you would have wanted him to, it's not like he's the only guy in this world...
take it easy... and please don't try to pretend to be something else just to capture his interest... just be yourself...
it's his loss if he ain't gonna take the time to know you...

good luck..!
