It feels really good," Jamison said in a telephone interview with The Associated Press. "It's a good accomplishment. I probably won't ever kill anything else that big."

Jamison, who killed his first deer at age 5, was hunting with father Mike Stone and two guides in east Alabama on May 3 when he bagged Monster Pig. He said he shot the huge animal eight times with a .50-caliber revolver and chased it for three hours through hilly woods before finishing it off with a point-blank shot.

Was this truely a sportsman type kill or just plain inhumane? How many time do you hear of a true sportsman killing a lion, elephant with a 22 pistol?

When the father said he and the guides had high powered rifles pointed at the boar during a 3 hour chase, I completely lost interest in the lies they were spouting.

What really happened was the guide shot the boar and the little kid was given a chance to shoot the animal six times with the 50 caliber pistol after the animal was down.

I doubt seriously that "killer" stone could hit a bird of any kind. He states he couldn't hit the 72 inch head of the boar.

I hope "Killer Stone" isn't our next crazy school yard killer.

Looking at the picture closely you can see the discolor of the blood had settled on the left side of the boar. I could not find anyone of the eight shots anywhere with a magnifing glass. Although there was a patch on the left side of the head that had been edited out where most likely the kill shot was delivered by the guide.

I seriously doubt that "killer" stone hit the animal 8 times in that one spot during the 3 hour chase. Someone's snout gets longer and longer with each fact uncovered.

So far it is 3 "for" and 1 "against inhumane killing of animals.
"Uponthesoapbox" I'm very sorry you don't comprehend what you read or can't read or really dont' know the difference between humane and inhumane.

Sorry I wasted my 2 cents on even commenting on his response.

If your idea of fun is killing a random animal, then yeah you brag about it. When I want to have fun, it doesn't involve killing something and if I ever feel the need to brag about something, it wont involve killing something.
