I've just seen one and think it is the most beautiful looking hot hatch I've seen! It looks just fantastic! I always thought Hondas' were for old people but not this one. It looks revolutionary! Does it drive as good as it looks? I want one now!

It is a fantastic looker with great road presence. As a previous own owner of a hot civic I really wanted to like it. Took one for a test drive and have to say I was a bit disappointed. You have to rev the heck out of it to get the performance, it doesn't handle that well either and has a hard ride. I currently own a Mazda6 Sport which hasn't got the raw power of the civic but it corners like its on rails, even at speed, and the ride is far superior. When I change cars, I wont be buying a civic type r.

I didn't test drive - it was out as soon as I sat down. The roof line is designed in such a way that I bumped my head on it both getting into AND out of the car. Had to move on.
