Yep, she's constipated!! OK, it might be due to a number of factors...

1) her period is due (that makes a lot of women constipated)
2) she isn't taking in enough fibre
3) stress
4) is she pregnant?

If she's not pregnant, I recommend Ex Lax. It works great. Have her take 2 just before bed and she should see some results when she wakes up in the morning.

Works a treat for me when things are bit blocked.

Go to the pharmacy and get her some Colace (stool softener). Next, stop by the grocery store and pick up some prunes or prune juice (natural laxative). Hopefully, your wife will find some relief soon.

She needs to be seen by a dr right away. It's very possible that something could be blocking her kidneys or one of the tubes that runs from the kidneys to the bladder called the ureter.

If she hasn't tried a laxative, that might help. but if that doesn't help, you may want to get her to your family Dr, because it might be a sign of a more serious problem. don't wait too much longer, try to get her some help now. I hope she gets better. Hope she feels better real soon.
