Make sure you have a rip-roaring hardon. Then take a ruler and press one end against your stomach, on top of the penis, and measure to the tip of the head. Good luck, and no cheating.

Get a good woody and put it into plaster of Paris, and it let it harden (the plaster, not the woody). As you lose wood, Mr. Happy will naturally pull away and leave you with a cast of the organ.
Fill the resultant hole with concrete, let it harden, and crack away the dried plaster.
Set this model of your manhood on its end in the sunlight, measure its shadow, and using principles of geometry, you should get a good idea of the length of your Johnson.

I use a plastic ruler which is probbably the easiest. My penis is 4.5 inches (I'm 12) and I'm happy with my size. The average for a16 year old is about 6 inches.
