im thinking about doing the same. i also read the Maxim article and think helping out someone in need plus filling my pockets with a cool 45,000 would be great. it said it grows back so its all good.

hey you could sell it to the university they could teach some new med students about the human liver!!! so yeah ur getting something out of it and the students are getting to learn more about the human liver!!!!
