use an epoxy glue, the type u have to mix equal parts together. watch out for E6000 type glues, they r full of gnarly chemicals, more so than the epoxy glues. plus they epoxy glues dry in about 5 minutes. i like Perfect Glue 3 or Aleene's jewelry glue, both available at michaels...and super glue sucks for this, unless u want ur fingers glued too, cuz my fingers n wood r the only things i can succesfully glue with super or crazy glue

Use E3000 adhesive. It comes in a gray tube at any craft or hardware store. It dries clear.

use superglue, gorilla glue, possibly a glue gun.
if you have a propane torch, you could melt them together, but be careful if you do this.
