I have a fool proof method for doing just that. are you ready?
okay, you take 1 cup of warm milk, 1/2 cup of juice (orange, apple, grape..it doesn't really matter), 1 cup of frozen fruit and blend it on low speed for 1-2 minutes. Than add 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar to the mix and stir. pour into a cup and give it to your child.....after just one cup of this your child will lose his/her hyperactivity within just 15-25 years!!!!!
Good Luck!

You are gonna have to wear them down. Then never give them the sugar or E numbers you gave them in the first place
