at 12 you might still be to young to ejaculate. I didn't have my first ejaculate untill I was 14.
If you are developed enough to look at porn or something on the internet and fanacise about having sex while touching and fondleing your penis. Eventually you shoud get an orgasm which is when your muscles tighten and stuff and if you are old enough sperm will come out.
