You cant stop hair from greying its a sign your getting older, its natural, if you dont want it to look grey you can dye it.

It seems as if you are getting old, eh? But your only in your 30's... The main reason that your hair is greying is you're taking in too much stress! You have to take some time off with your kids and your wife and go to the beach or something. What is life when you don't enjoy it? Stress is killing all of us! Hope you can take sometime off and enjoy your life!

I dont thing you can actually stop the greying process. You may dye it but it will continue to grow grey

Ok this is going to sound weird but it works.....rub your fingernails together back and forth, the doctor told this to my boyfriend to make his bald spot fill in and it worked, he also said it stops the grey from coming back. Plus it makes your hair grow. Gotta love home remedies. Told you it sounded weird.

you can't if your not happy with it then maybe you should get help from a salon on dyeing it. i can't wait to get to the hair dresser on tuesday morning
