I have never ever had a bloody nose in the entire 19 years that I have lived so far.

Every summer I get a bloody nose.Something to do with being out in the hot humid air,then going into the AC cold air.

Monday.
I tried to go for my walk.
I ignored my freezing ears and nose and feet and hands and kept pushing onwards.
Thirty minutes into it and my nose burst and bleed all down my shirt with wild abandonment!
Had to walk (running was not an option) home with my glove trying to do damage control and pretend not to notice being stared at by people who’d obviously assumed I’d slaughtered a pig or something!

About 5 days ago, I was coming out of the kitchen & my nose bled for no reason!
