It seems that on almost every Bank Holiday it rains. How does it know?

Anyone got any humerous explanations for this?

I have to work every Bank Holiday and I don't get paid extra.
As you can imagine I feel very badly done to.
I have very noisy neighbours who keep me awake with their partying so........................................
Being an old witch who is very very mean I get out the cauldron, the eye of newt, and toe of frog, then my black cat and I perform a magic spell.
I'm really trying to get it just to rain on them, but it always gets away from me and the rest of the Country gets rained on as well, I think I'm adding too much of something but I don't know what and being so tired makes it harder to control.
I'll try adding less water tomorrow but I can't promise you, that you won't get wet, SORRY!

The banks, which, as we all know, control every aspect of human civilization, also have learned to control the weather.

Unlike the election and assassination of political leaders, which are carried out in order to increase their control of the economy and legislation, their manipulation of the weather is purely malicious.

Bank holidays were originally conceived as a devious plot to cause you inconvience, but bank executives are no longer happy about having to take holidays, since they can not charge you fees if they aren't doing business.

In an act of revenge, they have devised a plan to ensure that you suffer anyway. Using American CIA sattelites, which they also control, they can pinpoint your location and cause bad weather to ensure that you don't enjoy your time off.

Although this isn't actually profitable for them, it doesn't cost anything either, and it allows them to cause you misery despite the fact that they're closed.
