I tested "reg-cure", and found that it tried to remove registry keys that were very important to the operation of my system. Removed the program.

Here are two free excellent program that are both free of spyware, or malware. Plus you will get all new updated versions for free.

Download from http://ccleaner.com Will clean your registry of issues, and backup the keys that you don't need to your documents. Will also clean your HDD.

This registry cleaner is out of Beijing, China and is quite excellent, finds what ccleaner does not find and also backup your registry to a restore point. Look down about five programs on the webpage for the free registry cleaner.

I downloaded CCcleaner. it's a free download, gets rid of all the crap. lets you choose what you would like to delete and backs up files just in case

Hi I have it on my system and i use it although I do not really see the benefit of having it. it says it cleans and that is fine but i still get loads of emails with junk . I would not recommend it.

iv'e used a couple , they are ok but i think you would be better with something like Tuneup Utilities , this programme does everything.
