Turkey bacon.

Bacon if it's crispy and not the picnic stuff. I like proper bacon rashers, preferably with the rind still on.

Sausage if it's thin and barbequed!

I'd have to go with bacon though, coz I don't really enjoy a good sausage without tomato sauce, whereas, bacon is nice all by itself.
