Your probably going to think that I'm really sad and a pathetic person.I have alway had problem when it came to having a relationship end. They've always left me. And as they were going I was still madly in love with each and everyone of them. I'm 46 years old now and live with four different men in my life that I love dearly. When the relationship is ending I not very good at letting go or excepting that it over.I cry ,plead and beg them not to leave me. Trying everything that I could possibly do and say to convince them to give me another chance. Hoping that they will realize how much I love them .I get so scared just like a little girl when she loose her mommy in a big department store. I can't began to explain how scared I fell. I become imobalized with my life. The cruel part is now I've been married for 5 years now and my husband has for the whole marriage has pack up, walk out on me once every 2 to 3 months saying that he was leaving me. Isn't that sad?

Empowering Beliefs About Yourself Take your journal and write at the top of a new page the following words: “MY EMPOWERING BELIEFS”
After you’ve brainstormed 20 to 50 empowering beliefs about yourself, choose your 20 favourite ones and write them again on a clean sheet. You might want to have this list
pasted in all kinds of places so that you come across it many times during the day. It will act as a reminder of THE TRUTH – that you are an extraordinary human being that has had to successfully overcome A LOT to get where you are today. You are highly capable, and have many, many successes under your belt already.
• List everything that makes you wonderful!
• What makes you such a great individual?
• What are five of your greatest strengths?
• List all your successes!
• If you were to brag about yourself for 1 minute, what would you say?
• What are you really proud of?
• What skills have you acquired that you are proud of?
• What accomplishments are you most proud of?
This may seem silly to you, but try it out. It will have a profound impact on your self-
esteem. DO THIS NOW!
ACTION is KEY to achieving Total Self-Confidence
Esteem for one’s self… comes from doing things that make you proud. Confidence comes from consistently taking action and being disciplined. It comes from being principled and having integrity. Doing what you said you would do – to others AND for yourself. Make yourself proud by consistently taking action and moving towards your goals. Do this again and again and again. You will acquire the certainty that comes with knowing you are an achiever, you are a DOER,
you will have proven to yourself over and over again that you are someone who, when faced with a challenged, confidently takes action to resolve it. Do not be wishy-washy and do not procrastinate… EVER. Make things happen NOW. Do what
needs to be done NOW. DO things! Create! Remember: Nothing ventured, nothing gained! What are 2 actions that you have been putting off? How would you feel once they are done and completed? What small action could you take right now to start taking care of this? MAKE THEM HAPPEN!

Yes, it is way sad. I really feel for you. You know there is a reason why these men leave you. Perhaps this time you should figure yourself out like who you are and what is best for you before getting involved right off the bat for insecurity reasons. Otherwise you are destined to have the same thing happen again and again. Get some counseling and take a serious and honest look inward to find the answer. Good luck to you.

Ask yourself, what is the problem? Am I choosing the wrong men to share my life with me? Is it my personality? Or is it them? I am looking for someone to, who cares, and is fun to be with, an honest open person. I have lived in Canada all my life, hate the cold and hate the snow. I am assuming that you live in Australia, I would like to have a contact down there to find out more about the culture and society, if you feel inclined write to me.

Yes its sad. It sounds like you might just have a fear of being alone and could have nothing to do with the guy, since you've reacted the same to all of them. A relationship can't ever really be, if fear is feeding it. Try to learn how to be comfortable with yourself, learn to love yourself and who you are. Realize that you're betraying yourself by allowing your fears to control you, which in turn is preventing your happiness and potential life as it could be.

OMG!

My Mom did leave when I was vey young and I have had it with being sad.

Unhappiness is not what I am into!

OMG! I LOVE my freedom! I worked so hard to keep my status! Being single is beautiful, and beautiful is an attitude!

Try the,"I am beautiful" attitude for a moment! See that it works wonders. Do it for yourself! You really are though, you know?

Treat yourself better and you will see that you get the respect that you deserve.

Chin up!

You only think that you can only be happy if you have a man by your side don't you?

You should try and go to counseling to try and raise yourself up to love you and only you and to be able to rely on yourself for happiness.

you may want to check this book out, and if you read the first review by "C E" you will see there are a couple of other books the person recommends:

I myself have not read it but I just thought I would point you to it.

I really pity you but u must realize that you are the main reason for all this !!
You make your men feel that they are the only source of life for you and even if this was true you shouldn't make them feel this!! If he says that it is over and he doesn't longer want you why do you beg him??? Where is your dignity???
You would find the one who deserve you but he must be also too addicted to you!! Not u can't live without him and you simp;y doesn't count for him!!
Be strong and face the truth! don't be that weak !The world doesn't let weak people survive

Best wishes

People come and go, it's part of life. Next time your husband leaves, tell him to stay gone since he wants to go so damn bad. Don't allow yourself to be tormented by someone like him.
