I have but it's been awhile. I think it's really sweet when someone does that. It shows they are willing to invest time and imigination on the person. It makes me feel so special even when my grandson makes them for me.

Yes I used to do that a lot. I also made someone a valentines card a few years ago. It was more personal that way. He liked it aswell. I think that's a good occasion for personal, hand made cards :)

Yes, i actually make hand made cards which are sold in small 'craft' shop outlets. But for friends and family i make 'very special' hand made cards, it has become a tradition with me. When i finally have someone in my life i adore, i shall make something very special indeed. But, in the past, a valentine card went down very well and so did a Christmas card to someone who is longer in my life. I hope she kept them!

Yes. I draw hand size orchids for rare loved ones on
greeting card stock paper folded in half, using colored
pens. I have color copied them, fold & glue corners to
stock paper and have sold them at $5 each in stores.
I personalize the front and inside to the individual.

jogs my memory of the mummy that calls her son to prefer him a "chuffed Birthday" and, after a 10 minute communique, finished with, "properly, i'm hoping you have a nicer time than I did on the day you have been born."
