There are two commercial products you can use. The first is called "BabyStart" male fertility test kit. It shows a color change that tells you if your sperm count is more than the recommended level of 20 million/mL. This test does not tell you anything about motility. Or, you can use a microscope to count your sperm and evaluate motility. It's really pretty easy. Most people use a 400X microscope. These are about they same thing you find in a High School biology lab. You can buy them for as little as $100. The microscope gives you the most complete picture since you can see how well they are swimming and check out morphology. Well, you can try the microscopic analysis at home but I don't think you are trained enough for that. Why not go to the lab?

Start with lots of coffee and an electron microscope and some very small tweezers because you have about 10 million of those little suckers to count. Or you could just ask your wife how many she tasted going down.

Purchase a high powered microscope and the slide equipment.
Get images on the net of normal to abnormal sperm images.
Compare what you see of your own sperm on the slide to the images and that's it.

Well its impossible and even you have microscope those which are very powerful kind its impossible to do the analysis yourself its better for you to seek a doctor instead

you`ll get an idea if you have good ejaculate if
1. its more or about 5ml/ejaculation
2. its clear
3. its a liitle bit sticky
4. it has no foul smell
but to be sure, why not visit a doctor and have that check in a laboratory.

If you're that cheap you shouldn't care in the first place because you really shouldn't be having kids. If you're really trying to get a kid you're going to get tested.
