I LIVE IN OHIO, WILL BE MARRIED IN NEVADA. WILL THE LICENSE BE VALID ONCE BACK IN OHIO?

Yes, its definitely legal. I got married in Las Vegas and I live in Indiana.You will have to send in and order copies of your marriage license in order to have drivers license, social security names changed,etc. No big deal.You will need to give them all their own copy.

Yes as long as the registry office is legally recognised by the State in which the ceremony occurs and the officiating officer or minister is licensed by a recogtnised authority. I assume this is a 24 hour visit to Vegas? Otherwise if State marriage licenses were not transferrable you would have to get remarried every time you moved out of state.

Yes. All the states have reciprocal agreements as far as standard marriage licenses are concerned. The only way it wouldn't be valid is if a gay couple went to a state and had a same sex marriage and moved back to another state that didn't recognize same sex marriages.

Marriage is Union of man and woman and license is certificate of marriage . It can nor be said that the marriage is valid for one state only otherwise every one may change state according to ones convenience and remarry some one else.

YES! When you get married you will get a Certificate of Marriage that it is a legal document and the best proof that you will ever have of your marriage anywhere! As long as you present it where it is required.
