First of all I don't know who Anne is but here is what I belive of Magic. There is magic in everything. The way the sun comes up, the way the grass grows. the way my son come running to me to tell me something. The sparkle in a child eye when she see that Santa has come. If we stop beliveing in magic there is no light or laughter in our lives. I would rather not see a world without magic.

Why do christians inform atheists they will hell if they are not stored? Atheists think there's no god, why cannot we specific our perspectives? Why is it that devout religion is exceptionally liable to offense and will have to be covered via an abnormally thick wall of appreciate, in one other magnificence from the appreciate any human will have to exhibit to every other? I do not know the way hung the jury is for folks with feel and rationality. While it's unimaginable to disprove the life of a god, to not point out the judeo-christian god, the plausibility of it's so far off that every other factor with so little proof might be pushed aside in a heartbeat. There's extra "proof" of bigfoot, however so much folks believe it is a legend. Maybe if bigfoot supplied "everlasting existence" in paradise, extra folks might think in bigfoot. We sound boastful considering the fact that we believe faith is dull and illogical. While there are a few devout medical professionals and scientists, the vast majority of the satisfactory are atheists or agnostic. What makes us so certain is ordinary f*cking feel. I imply, a mystical cosmic being that's invisible, dies and springs again to existence, reads the minds of all people in the world and presents wants to a choose few? Seriously? Of direction devout folks may not even keep in mind wondering this fable considering the fact that irrational folks cannot keep in mind matters rationally.

I feel it doesn't matter what "Anne" thinks.
Magic is very real to those of us who believe. It is not to those who don't. It's that simple. My particular beliefs make things literally real to me in my brain, and that IS scientific. Similarly, those who believe in concepts I do not personally believe in, such as certain aspects of other religions, or the religions as a whole, find the workings of their religion to be magic to them. Ever seen the rapture on the faces of the devout of any religion as they pray for change? It's the same no matter what the religious leanings. Those of us who believe that our form of prayer brings change simply choose the word magic to label it. Some religions prefer to call the changes miracles, needing to attach the power of change to a higher being instead of believing we, indeed, are the beings that bring change.
Magic lives, while we believe.

It fills a gap in the minds of the un-worldly. To believe in "unseen, unproven un-scientific methods" is a mental delusion; or else EVERYONE would believe it.

I wouldn't say she was stupid, everyone is different, has different opinions on things, but i would say that it would be foolish to make such a comment that magic does not exist if you had never even attempted casting a spell for your self or have someone who is experienced cast one for you, then you could make the judgment as to whether it exists or not.

Anne is stupid for telling you that magic doesn't exist.
even if you aren't interested in magic you cannot ignore the fact that it exists. ignorance is not bliss. there are your every day magicians with slight of hand. there are sorcerers of both positive and negative persuasion. there are medicine men.
if you haven't experienced any of these incredible beings, you may consider yourself fortunate.....thus far. some of them are down right malicious if you are on their bad side.

I don't know what you have been told but.....
There is nothing supernatural or evil about magick.....
Magick is a manipulation of energy to bring about a desired result...
We Pagans have been using it since the dawn of time....
Christians pray, they hope for an answer, if it is granted then that is a form of magick, not a miracle...

I don't know who Anne is, and I would therefore be unfair to call her, or anyone, "stupid" .. there are those, however, who remain blissfully unaware or blindly unaccepting of anything that is not part of their personal beliefs. Don't worry about her. If you believe in magick, then you can access it. Just remember to harm none while doing so .. and that's not as easy as it might seem! :)
Blessed Be
